EXTRA! EXTRA! - Read all about it! Fall Fashion!

Fall Fashion Trends Just because it’s the season of fall and the holidays are right around the corner, that doesn’t mean I will stop wearing my signature color!! I will admit, being in the social media world, I am constantly influenced by others and see lots of DIFFERENT fashion trends. One thing I HAVE realized is that I am terrible at buying the basics!! Instead, my go-to is buying all the bright colors and patterns + IN PINK! But, one thing is for sure – I want to stick true to MY style and MY fashion, which is PINK and living colorfully! So, even though these may be “trends,” I want to encourage you to be YOU and wear want YOU want! But, y’all better believe I’m still gonna be wearing ob

On The Road To Recovery

This year has been quite a journey so far, and I have kept a lot of it quiet. But, in order to be transparent and help OTHERS, I thought I would share the recovery program I am going through. I started going to Re-Generation at Watermark Community Church back in February. I knew everything was a mess because I was broken, tired from trying to live my life MY way, and only focus on ME. I am currently over halfway through the program, and I can’t say enough good things about it. It is a year-long commitment, a 12- step program for ANYONE struggling. People often go for things such as addiction, alcoholism, and addiction to pornography - and then there are other struggles that you cannot see, w

6 Ways To Prevent Seasonal Depression

This is something I have noticed in recent years that has been a struggle for me. Don’t get me wrong - I love football season, but I’m not a huge fan of fall. Seasonal depression, which is also known as Seasonal Affective Disorder, can happen in the summer and winter. Some of the common symptoms of SAD in the winter are overeating, lethargy & sadness. But it can vary from person to person. I ALWAYS seem to gain weight during this season of life, and my initial response is to sleep more! But, I have found certain things we can do ourselves to help prevent this! Getting Up Earlier – you want to make sure you are getting in enough sunlight, so this is the perfect solution. This is hard for me b

Summer Recap!

Feeling "FABULOUS" because this summer was awesome!! Channeling my inner Sharpay from "High School Musical" above because, why wouldn't I express my excitement with a song and lots of pink?! If you couldn’t tell by now, I LOVE SUMMER! I love being outside, being by the water, the bright colors, the beach – the list goes on! This summer was packed full of exciting things, so I wanted to do a recap with some updates! We started off the summer with Max getting back from NYC and jumped right into his sister, Emma’s, wedding festivities! It was a blast! Summer would not be complete without a staycation at a new place, and we tried The Statler in Downtown Dallas. I highly recommend it!! We went to

About Me

Our deepest fear is NOT that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our LIGHT,not our darkness that most frightens us.We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?'

You are a child of God.Your playing small does not serve the world. There is NOTHING enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.We are all meant to SHINE, as children do.We were born to make MANIFEST the glory of God that is within us.It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we LET OUR OWN LIGHT SHINE,we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically LIBERATES others.
