7 Mental Health Tips!

StartFragment I know I have shared a lot about MY story on my blog, and I hope it has encouraged some of you. One thing I have noticed is with a mental illness or struggle, we (or I) tend to be inward focused. This is something I am very guilty of, in my marriage, relationships, work, etc. So, I wanted to offer some encouragement and pieces of advice for those of you who do struggle or if you know someone who does. 1. Educate Yourself – We can get so wrapped up in this “thing” that is making us “crazy” that we don’t exactly know what is going on with our thoughts and feelings. I don’t find a need to put a full face on every day – I try and give my skin a break plus it saves product so WHY NOT?! Now the weekends are a different story. About Me

Our deepest fear is NOT that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our LIGHT,not our darkness that most frightens us.We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?'

You are a child of God.Your playing small does not serve the world. There is NOTHING enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.We are all meant to SHINE, as children do.We were born to make MANIFEST the glory of God that is within us.It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we LET OUR OWN LIGHT SHINE,we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically LIBERATES others.
