The holidays can be a hectic time of year, especially after the year we just had. To be honest, we are doing things a lot different things year. Less gifts, more quality time. I have been focusing a lot more on mental health this year and these are some of the tangible things that have made a small difference. Every person is different in their journey and their beliefs with mental health and self-care. So while I think all of these things are beneficial, nothing can replace the heart work that is. going on behind the scenes. Make sure you are checking on your "strong" friends around the holidays, even the ones with families. Even YOU. Take some time to relax, have some down time and try to ENJOY it!
