It's #PinkWednesday and this week's theme is active-wear! I recently started intermittent fasting a few days ago and y'all it is HARD! My body is still adjusting, but I am hoping that pays off! I took a little break from working out at The Barre Code due to sickness, but now that I am better, I am ready to get back to it and get stronger! I thought this would be the perfect time to show y'all some cute pink active wear options - especially because we still have plenty of time until summer! Max and I will be going somewhere tropical in May to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and I want to feel good and look good! As someone who has struggled with depression, anxiety and ADHD, my weight fluctuates quite often and I have mostly kept on the weight that I have gained. Don't get me wrong, I have learned to love to curves that I have, but I DO want to be able to still fit into all my clothes! Everyone's fitness and body image journey is different and the most important thing is to know that you are created in the image of God and you are His creation - which makes YOU BEAUTIFUL!
