Blue Dress Details The ruffled sleeves are what sold me on this beautiful blue spring dress. Neiman Marcus has it all! The earrings were also a perfect match - $30! Pair it with a heel - preferably a pop of color (PINK!) - and you have a comfy and cute Spring outfit! I do apologize for the lack of posts recently. I am currently playing the role of Lola in the musical, "Damn Yankees," and it has kept me very busy!
