EATS & DRINKS!

It's only a few days away! Have you made your plans yet?! Not to worry. You have PLENTY of options. There are SO many festivities happening in DFW this weekend for St. Patrick’s Day, and they all have one thing in common - good food + drinks! Who doesn’t love an excuse to go out with your friends and celebrate? Whether you celebrate Irish culture or just want to grab green beer, there are endless options. Here are my top 4:

1. The Londoner in Rockwall - this is your go-to family friendly + PET friendly restaurant. If you know me, you know I’m a huge dog lover! They will have all the Irish favorites including corned beef pie, smoked corned beef Reuben, and grilled bratwurst... not to mention live music, a leprechaun?!?!, and ADOPTABLE PUPS! Okay, I’m sold - and hopefully so will all of these pups! GO, GO, GO!

2. Trinity Hall Irish Pub- this will be quite the Texas-sized party! Their traditional Irish menu will include Irish stew, corned beef, fish & chips, and Shepard's Pie... AND WHISKEY & BEER! They will have have Celtic music, sing alongs, rugby watching, live music & dancing all day long!! Get ready for a day full of fun!

3. Capitol Pub - This is the longest-running Irish Pub in Dallas! There will be shenanigans happening all weekend. First, and most importantly - FOOD & DRINKS. Corned beef and cabbage, Shepard’s Pie, Fish & Chips & corned beef hash, $5 Guinness & Smithwicks and Bloody Mary’s & $3 Mimosas. Not to mention the Irish dancers, Lone Star Bottle Band & DJ Stout. PHEW!!

4. Henderson Tap House - THIS is where the crowd will be. If you want to join in on the Greenville Avenue Parade, the festivities begin HERE! It all begins at 7am with BILLY the KIDD from KISS FM doing a live broadcast! $15 cover fee. Champagne, brunch, and of course GREEN beer to start off your day! There are multiple drink + menu packages/specials, and live music will happen all day long!

Whatever your scene is, hopefully one of these will intrigue you to get out, grab some good food, and enjoy your weekend (and this amazing weather!). Some friendly advice - take an Uber if you know you’ll be drinking! Be safe my friends, wherever you go! Have FUN and ENJOY!!!
